Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping:

All items will be shipped with Australia Post (both within Australia and internationally). Local delivery is available to the following suburbs: Forestville, Frenches Forest, Killarney Heights, Belrose and Davidson.

Postage cost:

Standard Aus Post is a flat rate of $9.00

Express Aus Post is a flat rate of $13.00

International Standard Aus Post is a flat rate of $19.00

Free shipping available to orders made over $100 within Australia only. This will be applied automatically at checkout.

Packing and delivery times:

Given that it's just me, and maybe the hubby or kids packing up your orders and getting them to the post office (who am I kidding it will just me be as I'm to much of a perfectionist to let anyone else help), please allow 3 business days for me to get your order out from receipt of payment. I will always try to send your items out the next day, but sometimes life just happens. x

Refunds, returns or exchanges:

I want you to be happy with your purchase, however I do not accept Change of Mind returns for hygiene reasons .In the event that your believe that there is a fault with your earrings please contact me via email and I will endeavour to resolve the issue with you.
